We stayed for 4 nights, bought by good reviews and ratings, which are not very clear where they came from. The hotel is just average in all aspects. Looks much better in the photo than in life. The rooms are already tired and need updating. The room itself is gloomy, despite the white walls and ceiling. The towels were gray, there were stains on the bed linen. In general, there are no complaints about the cleaning, they were cleaned every day, it was normal, in general the room was quite clean. The location is also so-so. The reviews wrote that it was not far from Makati, where we wanted to stay, but in fact it takes 40 minutes to walk to Makati or 15-20 minutes by taxi. The hotel has a small pool where there are almost no people, so privacy can be found there. Breakfast is 350 pesos per person, the portion is huge, but there is no choice as such. The view from the window left much to be desired; at 5 am the roosters started crowing. The air conditioner is outdoor type, very noisy, like in a factory, but most hotels have this type of air conditioner. I cannot recommend this hotel, I would not return there a second time.

Stayed here 3 times already, it's great for the price. Room and bathroom is very clean. Only problem was the last time we stayed we had a stomach problem after drinking the water from the dispenser at the hallway. It lasted for few days. We reported it and they were willing to provide medication so still kudos to them i hope they can do something about it. Location quite far from center

Urine stained sheets on one bed, changed after 1 hour and toilet was never cleaned before checking in.Staff was friendly and professional. No hand towels or face cloth, room as a whole quite dirty. I don't even think was slept before checking in, you get what you pay for on a lower style hotel.

PROS: * Very friendly & accommodating staff * Unlimited drinking mineral water dispensed along the unit hallway * Room service massage is available CONS: * Sanitation along inside the bathroom must be put highly in focus; yellow dirts on the toilet bowl cover; shower area floors is very slippery; glass window is full of stucked dust & dirts. All of these were taken on a video and reported immediately to the front office personnel (CIELO) * They only have 8th floor as their top and most high level * Locals along with their tricycles were very disturbing loud motor vehicles especially at night * Restaurants were closed after breakfast is served. Online delivery is acceptable but you need to pick it up from the lobby area * They only have less than 5 cars be parked indoors but they have outdoor open area in a very rocky flooring parking ground * Not so much of the nearby establishments especially restaurants

Stayed here with friends and we loved the room and the amenities for the price we paid. The hotel is accessible via Grab or taxi. There are nearby local restaurants and fastfood chains are a bit far by walking.

It is a nice modern hotel. I booked a 7 day room. The place is convenient, the car is easy to reach. They have a rooftop with city view and a small swimming pool. Their staff is very nice 😊 7-eleven is about 3 minutes walking.

Booked this hotel last minute, I'm so glad we did! This is the standard for hotel rooms. Proper showers, ac and beds. Clean hotel and welcoming staff. Recommended.

The rooms are modern and nice, we had a balcony that we really couldn't use as it was so hot and the balcony had no cover. Unfortunately the breakfast was extremely limited and not very good. The staff are lovely but the location was not ideal for us although a supermarket and restaurants were close.
